We love Jazz. Our stop at Café Beignet to hear Steamboat Willie was one of the best nights of our stay in New Orleans. We will be there for beignets and coffee and hot jazz every time we visit.

Only New Orleans would have a coffee shop like this. The painted brick ceiling and iron furniture was like stepping back in time. The food was fresh and delicious, especially the French toast. We used your mix to make beignets at home for friends, and now we have to order more mix to make them again.

Café Beignet was a real find. We discovered it on our first morning and we ate there each day of our visit. The weather was beautiful and we sat outside to enjoy our coffee and pastries. One day we even returned for lunch and were pleasantly surprised at the sandwich choices. I still dream about that fried shrimp sandwich.
